Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I'm not local but want to support. How can I help BRB?
A: Thank you so much! We are affiliated with Bookshop.org—it’s like Amazon but helps indie bookstores. We also work with Libro.fm for audiobooks, which follows the same shop-small model. You get all the convenience while supporting independent bookstores like ours!
Q: Do you stock local authors?
A: Yes! Please see our submission guidelines and consignment agreement.
Q: Can you order a specific book for me?
A: Sure can! Give us a call, stop in, or message us on social media and we’d be happy to order it for you.
Q: Do you sell new books or used books?
A: We sell only new books
Q: Do you take donations?
A: No, but we do have a book swap every three months! How it works is, Bring in as many books as you’d like to swap — we don’t limit or judge (half-read or never-cracked spines welcome). Browse what others have brought and barter, trade, and connect with fellow readers over your next great read.

Q: Do you do pop-ups?
A: Yes! Our pop-up space is located in the back right corner of the shop and is approximately 85 sq. ft. The cost is $40 for 3 hours (12–3 PM) on weekend days or event days (e.g., Ladies Night, Dickens Festival Nights, etc.).
